Our size and our geographical spread are our strengths. They give us the power and opportunity to pursue important and overarching issues for the real estate industry both locally, regionally and in the national public debate.
The fact that we are located in 27 sites across the country, gives us a strong local presence with a sense of the regional conditions. It also means that we can offer our members support in their day-to-day business with legal advice, a wide range of services around rental negotiation and with trainings for skills development.

We deal with all issues that affect the conditions of the real estate industry, but there are three areas that we have a particular focus on.
Property owners should be acknowledged as the key societal contributors they are. Being a property owner is a complex profession combining collaborations with other business sectors and close relations with many different societal functions. Property owners create safe environments and districts, promotes integration and builds responsible relationships with tenants, residents, employees, and suppliers.
