The Swedish Property Federation as an organisation is divided into four different geographical regions. Your membership will be linked to the region where your property or properties are located. Below you can see which counties are included in each region.

As a member, are you invited to various member meetings and activities?
Yes, we have many activities for our members at both local and national level. Make sure to approve receiving emails from us to get information about current activities as soon as they are planned.

Our negotiation services are exclusive to our members but are not included in the membership fee. The rent negotiations are however offered at a favourable price.
